Sometimes a one off session is enough to help you cope with your day, if I am not available and you would value speaking confidentially to someone about your issues Therapy Finders offer a single 'on demand' Emotional First Aid service. This is a paid for service.
This is NOT for those in crisis, but for those issues you want to talk through with someone.
